Derek Schneider has served on our Pastoral team at The Embassy Church in Oshawa (a suburb of Toronto, Ontario), for almost 10 years. His ministry was always fruitful, dynamic and building into others to see them flourish. Supernatural and practical are the consistent earmarks we’ve enjoyed … I commend him to you.
-Apostolic Overseer Doug Schneider
It would not surprise me if in the not-too-distant future, both Christians and historians begin to mention Derek Schneider with the likes of Billy Sunday, John Wesley and Martin Luther.

“Derek Schneider is one of the strongest next generation leaders I have seen in Canada. He has a clear leadership call to the Body of Christ on His life, walks in authority and strong revelation. I have personally witnessed the fruit of his life and ministry and seen many leaders deeply impacted for the glory of God. He is a man of Godly integrity and power. I would give attention to anything he has to share.”

Pastor Schneider gets it! For the first time we have a playbook that shows the local church not only why they need to engage the culture, but how to engage the culture. Beyond The Four Walls should be read by every pastor in America and shared with their congregations. It does not matter how large or how small your church is, you can begin to reach your community through the simple yet ingenious ideas shared by this young Canadian pastor in this handbook for social change. Thank you, Pastor!

Derek Schneider’s, Beyond the Four Walls, is an equipping masterpiece designed to take us into reformation that changes not only church as we know it, but transforms our cities, regions and nations. Derek’s candid sharing of his own journey strikes a chord in those of us longing for the ‘exceedingly abundantly’ available in the Lord. Not satisfied with simply being blessed or enjoying good Sunday services, we are called to see this new expression of Christianity change our culture. Derek is an anointed young Canadian leader who is already a father in the faith training up many to bring societal change outside the walls of the church. I am cheering him on and also provoked to implement strategic changes as a leader after reading his brilliant work.”

“Beyond the Four Walls is a cutting-edge book. It addresses one of the most urgent messages that the Holy Spirit is speaking to the churches today, namely kingdom-based transformation of our society. I am impressed by Derek Schneider’s combination of breadth, wisdom, insight, analysis, and steps for practical implementation to help make it happen in our generation. Read this book and become a history-maker!”

We praise the Lord wholeheartedly for His grace and favor on us in finding and sending an obedient servant of God to Bulgaria, being an answer to a lot of prayers. We are thankful and our hearts rejoice for being able to be a part of God’s grand plan for the end times for Europe and the world. As a result of Pastor Derek’s five visits to Bulgaria we have had 10 trainings in the city of Plovdiv in different churches and also in a nearby city called Pazarjik. Nealry 100 people have gone through the trainings. We were challenged to think big, to explore the potential of the new creation in us, to stretch beyond what we thought were our limits, and to persevere. After each training people from different churches got together and made plans on how to implement what we have learned and apply it in our different areas of influence. We came to believe in organized righteousness, partnership, and stepping out in faith to do societal work. Now we have two Transformation Councils in Plovdiv in two different churches, supported by the pastors of those churches. Our Council rented an office and we meet every week for further planning and training. We have started an initiative called, “5-5000”, which basically means that if you skip a meal a week, and give your 5 levs from that fast, we would eventually be able to feed 5000 impoverished, homeless and neglected people. We began with our money, but soon, as we share our project with others in the church and with friends, people start giving toward it. And right now we are feeding about 25 people in the city, regardless if they go to church or not, if they are arrogant and hostile or nice to us. We speak with them, listen to them and speak to their hearts. In the bag with food we place one of Maria’s letters that she gives out around the city with a prayer to receive the Jesus as your Savior. One man we began to feed, received the letter and the food, and the next Sunday we were not able to find him. We learned that his house was on fire and was burnt alive inside. We can only hope that the Lord has touched Him in a special way through the food and the letter. We would appreciate your prayer support and your standing in us, for we believe Bulgaria is key to Europe. The old continent is still sleeping, and is in need of new reformers like Martin Luther again. May the fire burn!!!
